I've been volunteering at a raw food bar here in town, called Wild Seed. I was super excited that it opened in a city with a population less than 200,000. No need to trek to Toronto all the time for a raw meal. As expected, the guys are super awesome. I am hoping to gain some great skills in the kitchen from my time there...who knows where that might lead?!
I also bought a collection of recipes from world renowned raw food Chef, Russell James. The
e-book is gorgeous and I am super excited to start moving beyond my beloved kale salad.
Feeling awesome this morning after my Vega vanilla chai soy shake with cacao nibs Mmmm!
