Tonight was sushi night at our house. I bought some vegetarian rice paper wraps for myself. The wraps are not "raw" but the insides are.

Today, I could see myself doing this for much longer than 30 days. When I transition back, I plan on doing at least 50-70% raw long term. I'd like to do vegan but at the very least vegetarian for the remainder of my diet.

I've never felt better and I am so thankful my hunger, mood and cravings are (for once in my life) in check! I don't want to say I'll never eat poultry or fish again...because never is always a set up for failure but I know I don't think it'll be something in my regular meal planning. :)
