Back on track today! It was a good day despite the rain. I love the rain but with the boys it's hard to keep them entertained from morning to night indoors. Derek is away tonight so I am popping a movie on for sanity purposes. I don't want to stress eat!
I really need to learn how to make a good salad dressing, mine's lacking something!

Hey Jenell Mike makes some great salad dressings usually all olive oil based? he crushes garlic I can get him to give you some altho the best one so far came with a recipe from your book you sent us? ill ask him which one it was my god it was to die for on spinach salad, who thought eating the big spinach with some red onion and that dressing would be so damn good and bigger spinach is sooo cheap compared to baby spinach and it tastes heavenly! Good job and good for you for sticking to it!!!
