How did I come to discover Raw food? Your guess is as good as mine. I think it found me! I don't remember the exact day or moment I first picked up a raw food "cook" book but it was a few years ago now. My journey has been slow to move but I am happy to report it is in fact
moving in the right direction.
Just like religious figures say they've had an epiphany or calling; I to believe raw food was an epiphany or awakening for me. I am so excited to find the courage to finally dive in!
So it begins...I am going entirely RAW and seeing what will happen...
